Founder & Visionary
The late Rev. Umar Ado founded CTOMN in 2014 after earning a degree in Classical Language from the University of Dar Cambony, Cairo. His life and legacy continue to define the ministry's mission.

Co-Founder & Executive Director
Mrs. Jummai Umar is the co-founder of CTOMN and serves as its Executive Director, providing strategic oversight and leadership across all ministry programmes.

Programs/Project Manager & Business Developer
Mr. Gershom Barnabas Umar manages ministry programmes and projects, and leads business development efforts to sustain and expand CTOMN's social enterprise operations.

Head of Department — Classical Language Studies
Rev. Abwo Ibrahim leads the Classical Language Studies department, equipping Christians to engage Muslims in their own language and scholarly tradition.

Classical Language Instructor & Head Teacher
Mrs. Simi Pam Paul serves as a Classical Language instructor and the Head Teacher at Beacon of Light School, combining academic and linguistic excellence in her daily work.

Teacher & Skills Facilitator
Mr. Jerry Chozhi Ahmadu teaches at Beacon of Light School and facilitates the Barbing Skills Acquisition programme, investing in both the minds and futures of young people.

Head of Discipleship & Lead Community Missions
Rev. Emmanuel Kwash heads the Discipleship Department and leads CTOMN's community mission outreaches, grounding believers in Scripture and deploying them in service.

House Manager
Mrs. Rita Davou Ezekiel manages the day-to-day operations of the CTOMN Guest House, ensuring a welcoming and well-run environment for all guests and partners.

Kitchen Manager & Catering Facilitator
Mrs. Jummai Mador oversees the ministry kitchen and facilitates the Catering Skills Programme, equipping women with vocational skills for livelihood and independence.
Facilitator — Tailoring & Fashion Programme
Mrs. Ruth Agu James leads the Tailoring and Fashion Skills Programme, empowering women with practical craft skills and a path toward economic self-sufficiency.
Media & Content Lead
Mr. Abdulsalam Umar leads CTOMN's media and content strategy, ensuring the ministry's message reaches the widest possible audience with clarity and integrity.

Groundskeeper
Mr. Joseph maintains the ministry grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for staff, students, and guests alike.

Livestock Manager
Mrs. Grace Joseph oversees CTOMN's livestock operations, contributing to the ministry's food security and the sustainability of its social enterprise programme.
CTOMN is governed by a Board of Trustees providing oversight, policy guidance, and accountability to our stakeholders, donors, and the communities we serve.
The identities of Board members are maintained as private per organizational security policy, given the sensitive nature of our work in Plateau State.
