Payment transactions are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave — we do not store card details on our servers. - **Newsletter subscriptions**: Email address and, optionally, your name. - **Volunteer applications**: Name, email, skills, and availability. - **Guest House bookings**: Name, email, arrival/departure dates, and group size. - **Usage data**: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is not linked to personal identity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for the following purposes:
• To respond to your inquiry or prayer request - To process your donation and send a receipt - To send newsletters you have subscribed to - To coordinate volunteer placements or booking requests - To improve our website and communications
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Discipleship & Prayer Requests
Any information shared through our discipleship application or prayer request forms is treated with strict confidentiality. These submissions are seen only by designated CTOMN leadership and are never shared, published, or disclosed to any other party under any circumstances.
4. Payments
Donations are processed securely through Paystack (for Nigerian Naira transactions) and Flutterwave (for international currency transactions). Both providers are PCI-DSS compliant. 5. Email Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you periodic ministry updates, prayer bulletins, and impact reports. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@ctomnigeria.org.
We use Resend to deliver email. Your email address is stored securely and used only for the communications you have requested.
6. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies — primarily for essential site functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some site features may not function correctly.
